He and his team work with buyers and sellers of real estate, as well as mortgage lenders, banks and realtors to conduct real estate closings in an efficient and expert manner. His back-end operations create a boutique type office structure to deliver outstanding real estate services. Marc has negotiated real estate transactions for over twenty years. He is adept at managing the “deal flow” of a transaction, in which he analyzes the real-time information in a deal and provides his clients with concise advise and strategy.
Marc regularly speaks to real estate groups and teaches continuing legal education training programs to realtors and real estate attorneys. Prior to working as a real estate law attorney, Marc served as an Assistant District Attorney in the Middlesex District Attorney’s Office. In this capacity, he worked as a trial attorney, an appellate attorney, and Martha Coakley’s liaison to Beacon Hill. Marc is a member of the Massachusetts Real Estate Bar Association. Marc received his bachelor’s degree in 1993 from Lafayette College and his J.D. in 1998 from American University’s Washington College of Law.
