Kimberly A. Fisher, Esq. Of CounselKimberly has been practicing residential real estate law since 1997, representing buyers, sellers, developers, and lenders in all aspects of residential real estate, from the simplest refinance or sale to the much more complex transactions involving significant title issues and other unusual situations. Kimberly thoroughly enjoys the process of helping buyers and sellers complete what are, in most cases, very significant and exciting transactions for the people involved. In addition, she has extensive experience working with lenders in all aspects of the closing process and thus has a thorough understanding of the “back office” workings of the closing process. Much of Kimberly’s practice over the years has been based in the Boston area where she has completed a significant number of condominium conversions, helping her sellers to navigate the particular issues surrounding the creation of a condominium and the sale of the individual units. Throughout her career, Kimberly has worked on a pro bono basis with Rogerson Communities in Roslindale.
In addition to her focus on residential real estate, Kimberly does some basic estate planning for her clients.
Kimberly takes great pride in her work, focusing on the necessary details to ensure a smooth transaction as well as providing uncommon accessibility and availability to her clients.
Kimberly is a lifelong resident of Hudson, currently living there with her husband and two children. She is an avid reader and enjoys mountain biking, paddling, and gardening.
