Jodie Salasny, Esq., Of Counsel

Jodie is an associate specializing in residential real estate conveyancing. She obtained her license in 2002 and focuses her practice on representing buyers, sellers and lenders. Jodie works on negotiating purchase and sale agreements, and handles all of her clients real estate law needs through the closing. Prior to joining Canner Law, she practiced resdiental and commerical real estate law at another Massachusetts firm.

Jodie also worked in Boston, MA at a major firm where she represented international financial institutions and borrowers, as well as private equity sponsors in a varied range of sophisticated commercial lending transactions, including syndicated senior credit facilities, second lien and subordinated debt financings, and restructurings.

Jodie is a member of the Salem Chamber of Commerce and is on the Board of Trustees of The Salem Athenaeum. She received her J.D. from Suffolk University Law School in Boston, MA and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Long Island University. She resides in Salem, MA with her husband and their cats. Outside the office, she is always on the hunt for anything vintage and enjoys dining at Salem’s many fine establishments.
