Darren Rubin, Esq., Of Counsel

Attorney Darren Rubin graduated from Brandeis University with a B.A. in Philosophy and History, after which he attended Suffolk University Law School, obtaining his J.D. He was admitted to the Massachusetts Bar in 1999. Attorney Rubin specializes in all facets of real estate law, including conveyancing, Buyer, Seller and Lender representation, and the negotiation of short sales. He also has experience with a variety of commercial transactions, including large-scale purchase and sale negotiations and the issuance of title insurance policies. Attorney Rubin also represents both landlords and tenants in commercial leasing and the establishment and maintenance of Massachusetts corporations and LLC’s. Darren lives in Sudbury with his wife and daughter.
