Benjamin Colten, Esq., Of Counsel
Benjamin Colten focuses his practice on representing buyers, sellers, and lenders, through all stages of a real estate transaction. Benjamin approaches each transaction with a detail-oriented, effective communication approach, ensuring all parties involved are thoroughly informed, and happy before proceeding. He particularly enjoys the feeling of helping buyers obtain homes of their dream, and seeing their reaction when the transactions are completed.
Previously Benjamin had his own litigation practice focusing on Criminal Defense, Civil Litigation, Landlord/Tenant representation and Employment Law. He served as an Administrative Law Judge conducting unemployment hearings for the State of Mississippi.
He received his B.S. from the Rutgers University College of Engineering, majoring in Computer Engineering. He received his J.D. from Northeastern University School of Law. Benjamin is also a veteran of the United States Officer, having served as an officer during Operation Iraqi Freedom.
Benjamin currently resides in Framingham with his wife and two boys. When not practicing law, Benjamin enjoys playing guitar, tennis, swimming, hiking, and watching his two boys compete in sports.
